Valentine's Day Gift for Yourself

Get a pedicure! Do it yourself or make an appointment with at your favorite salon. For those that wish to do it yourself, follow these tips for a wonderful at home pedicure!

1. Remove old nail polish.

2. Soak your feet in warm water for 10 minutes. Add Epsom salts or any other commercial foot soak.

3. Clip your toenails straight across using a toenail clipper. Don't round off your nails.

4. File the toenails to remove rough edges.

5. Push back your cuticles. You can use a cuticle moisturizer if they are tough to push back.

6. Massage your feet with your favorite lotion.

7. Use an exfoliating lotion if the skin is dry and/or rough.

8. Use a loofah or pumice stone on rougher areas.

9. Separate your toes with cotton balls or pedicure device.

10. Now it's time to paint or not paint your toe nails!
