Knapp Vineyard Restaurant sits alongside beautiful landscaped gardens. Our gardens inspire our chef to create a lovely Knapp wine dinner. Beginning with a terrific sparkling reception in our patio and leading into a dinner made with our own garden herbs and mixed with other local ingredients to offer a tantalizing menu. Including in this dinner will be a trio of assored "Estate Layed" deviled eggs and chilled pea and mint soup, surf and turf sliders, grilled stuffed pork chop with black currant apple cider reduction and herb inspired dessert.
