 | Leaders Lead Leads Group! (Say that three times real quick!)
|
I have had the distinct pleasure of becoming a member of the White Lake Area Chamber of Commerce' recently formed "Leads Group". As so many local business owners and organizational leaders have asked over the months, "What is Leads Group?" It is really quite simple. Leads Group is a host of leaders that are comprised of area businesses and organizations (no matter the size) that meet every Tuesday morning from 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM to promote their business or organization and to also pass along "leads" to other members. WELL, 7:00 AM seemed quite early to meet and EVERY Tuesday? Come on, how much does one really have to say at 7:00 AM and how many leads can actually be acquired week after week? Seemed to me, that this could become somewhat tedious and or redundant to say the least. THINK AGAIN my friends and fellow business owners.
The Leads Group is probably one of the most beneficial groups from a business standpoint that I have had the pleasure of experiencing. We are a very diverse group, from publishers to attorneys, heating & cooling technicians to photographers, insurance brokers and housekeeping experts to financial planning and accounting. The arts along with health & beauty and real estate are also part of our diverse Leads Group, just to name a few! If you are a business owner or representative, an organizational leader or employee no matter how large or small, you're missing the boat if you don't check this opportunity out. My company has reaped the benefits and I have met so many amazing community members as a result. Thank you to the White Lake Area Chamber for the invite and opportunity, but mostly for thinking of our community's businesses and organizations! To learn more, please contact Amy VanLoon at the White Lake Area Chamber at 893-4585 or me, Debra Lambers, Publisher/Editor of Kidsville News West Michigan at 231-894-0309. |
