Go Fishing, The Clock is Ticking

StructureScan

I have been working on a Understanding StructureScan and Interpreting the display DVD and I will share some good stuff I found as I searched my library.

DownScan

I use the DownScan as a splitscreen with sonar because they each teach me how to read the other screen. This images shows the target separation of the DownScan of fish close to the bottom. The sonar side is difficult to tell how many fish are present and the DownScan clearly tells the story.

Side Scanning

I put together a longer article with a few images on ledges and side scanning for fishing.

New Puppy

We have  new Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy. Cirri is now 13 weeks old. I love them but they are too much work. He sleeps all night and finally is sleeping while i work. The black lab has finally given into the persistent begging for touch. The first 2 weeks 3 feet was too close but he was persistent so even a 10 yo grump will give in.
