Best Practices Assessment
As a nonprofit executive and volunteer, I always knew we should assess our management and effectiveness, but there never seemed to be an easy way to do it...so it just didn't get done. Recently, I developed a useful best practices assessment tool called Exploration - Management by Assessment. The individual modules are filled with checklists and include a format for a plan to improve.
