 Rejuvenation Nutrition 11651 W. 64th Avenue, Suite E-1 Arvada, CO 80002 (720) 675-7629 www.rejuvenationnc.com
Rejuvenation Nutrition Club is a nutrition outlet that provides information to the community about proper eating habits through nutrition classes, weight loss challenges, and the "RNC Awareness Program." Rejuvenation Nutrition's main mission is to provide the community with nutrition habits that change not only their diet, but their lifestyle.
Rejuvenation Nutrition's weight loss challenges are based on the Famous TV Reality Show "The Biggest Loser". It's a challenge for members to lose weight through education and exercise. Although RNC offers nutrition products for purchase; they do not require that participants purchase them in order to compete. The following weight loss challenges are offered each year: New You, New Year Challenge; Turbo Challenge, Summer Bod Challenge, J9's Annual 30 Day Shred, Back to School Challenge, 8-Week Boot-Camp Challenge, and the Holiday Weight Loss Challenge. Each challenge is limited to 40 participants; therefore, Rejuvenation Nutrition usually requests that interested parties pay in advance and reserve their spot. These weight loss challenges run anywhere from 21 days long to 12 weeks long; giving people of the community a long term weight loss solution that fits their busy lifestyles. What's great about the challenges is that the entry fee is split amongst the top 3 biggest losers and the winners are determined by Body Percentage, not body fat or pounds lost. This gives everyone a fair chance at winning the challenge. In the past challenges, Rejuvenation Nutrition members have lost 5lbs, 12lbs, 20lbs, 34lbs, 54lbs, and even 67lbs! Rejuvenation Nutrition provides a complimentary herbal aloe shot, herbal green tea, and healthy meal smoothie for all members when they come to Rejuvenation Nutrition. This concept is called the "Nutrition Club" model. It's a new concept that's rapidly developed throughout the World in the last 4-5 years. There are over 60,000 nutrition clubs in Mexico, alone. There are roughly 9,000 nutrition clubs in the United States and it's expected to multiply to 50,000+ by the year 2015. "We all have the same mission: To change people's lives through proper nutrition and education" says Janine.
A free service that Rejuvenation Nutrition's Wellness Coaches provide to members of the club is Wellness Evaluations. In these Wellness Evaluations the coaches go over the member's lifestyle, typical daily diet, and body composition test. Absolutely free of charge, Members find out what their body fat, metabolism, lean muscle mass and metabolic age is. In the end, Member's go home with a report card that tells them where they stand, what is healthy, and what they need to do to be more healthy. "I prefer to do Wellness Evaluations, by appointment, outside normal business hours; but if we've got some down time I will do them for members when they stop in." Said Janine. Rejuvenation Nutrition Club is located off of 64th and Simms Street in Arvada, Colorado. The club hours are typically 6am-2pm; however, hours will be extended until 4pm once school starts up again. Call Janine to schedule your free Wellness Evaluation or for more information about other services provided at 720-675-7629. You may also visit the club's website at www.rejuvenationnc.com. Look for the big Green sign behind D&G Hardware and stop on in!
