New Bootcamp Style Gym Opens in ArvadaA dynamic, new and affordable "boot-camp" style gym, with no membership requirements, has opened in Arvada. Grand Opening held last night.
 Rock Hard Fitness has opened in Arvada. The new 5,000 square foot facility at 5656 Ward Way, recently held its Grand Opening with over 100 enthusiastic guests in attendance. Rock Hard Fitness offers "boot-camp" style fitness classes for residents seeking a fun, high-energy, versatile work-out experience with some of the top trainers in the area as well as speed and agility for kids, Kung Fu, and Yoga.  "We are thrilled to be able to offer this quality of work-out at affordable rates to our neighbors in Arvada," said Heather Young, Co-Owner of Rock Hard Fitness. "We've brought together some of the best trainers in the region to provide people who are looking to work hard, stay motivated and have a sense of camaraderie in their work-out. Boot camp classes are not easy, but they are fun and effective. We have great programs for kids and adults, offering sports and conditioning training as well as Martial Arts and Yoga."  The trainers who will teach the classes have impressive backgrounds, coming from elite gyms in Denver, with a Pro MMA fighter who trained with Shoalin Masters in Chins over the past 10 years. One trainer, a Denver firefighter, will lead a firefighter training-style boot-camp. Members are not required to sign contracts, but rather purchase workouts in series of 5 weeks based upon their preferred workout time. For those who cannot commit to a specific time each day, a punch card is available that allows drop in visits at any class on any day.  "I am doing this because I believe this is a great way to get in shape, have fun and stay motivated about your workout. Recent Ribbon Cuttings
 We cut a ribbon for 3 Margaritas, located at 10160 W 50th Avenue in Wheat Ridge (at the Target shopping center on Kipling & 50th). Great food, great people, great margaritas!  We headed out to Rock Hard Fitness last week and cut a ribbon for their Grand Opening. These guys offer boot camp class, etc... scroll up to the top of the page to read all about them! They are located at 5656 Ward Way, Unit B in Arvada.  We did a ribbon cutting for Sartorius. Sartorius has been in Arvada for a number of years, but just recently joined the Arvada Chamber of Commerce. Welcome aboard! We are looking forward to getting to you know you.
