Delta Disaster Services was established to provide an unsurpassed, full-service restoration experience for property owners, who have sustained water, fire, mold, ice, or miscellaneous damage to their home or property.  Michael Mastous, the President and Founder of Delta Disaster Services®, has taken over twenty years of experience in insurance claims, and critical catastrophe response/service, and developed a unified process, in which disaster response, restoration, and premier customer service are completely integrated. The result has been astonishing, bringing a never-before-seen level of customer satisfaction to disaster recovery, mitigation and restoration.

DeltaPic2Delta Disaster Services is founded on an unwavering guideline for customer service, integrity, ethics and a commitment to excellence.  Our employees have taken these standards as their own, and together created the mission statement, and business/management practices that define Delta.

In keeping with these standards, new employees are required to complete a pre-hiring screening and are certified with Delta's unique "Technician Seal of Safety."  This seal ensures that our employees pass a criminal background and reference check, and are drug free before they begin working with customers.  After an employee joins the Delta team, we certified them through the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration).  This certification guarantees that field employees fully understand emergency losses, and the correct steps needed to mitigate damage and minimize the health concerns for customers, employees, and the community.  In addition to this certification, we have other procedures in place to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-communicated experience for each customer.  In the beginning stages of every loss, our employees walk the customer through a New Loss Guide, which gives customers an in-depth explanation of our services.  Our industry is unfamiliar, so we are sure to educate customers from the beginning of their disaster to completion, and in-office coordinators are available to answer customer questions on a daily basis.  These team members also focus on the communication between our construction supervisors and the insurance adjusters working on customer claims. Their goal is to reach out to every customer, every day in order to keep customers "in the know" regarding their loss, and to make certain that the claim is processed quickly and flawlessly.  Delta Disaster uniquely offers a 5 year guarantee on our work, creating confidence for our customers.

DeltaPic1In addition to the measures taken to provide a quality customer experience, we also strive for a positive industry reputation.  Delta Disaster Services offers free education to service partners for asbestos, water contamination, mold and lead paint, keeping these severe health effects at the forefront of the industry, and maintaining our employees' safety in the field.  We are an industry leader in ethical practices, complying with asbestos testing laws on every job.  Although these tests can be costly, our company absorbs the cost if not covered by insurance, and we mandate asbestos testing in order to keep employees, service partners, and the community safe!

While Delta's management practices, employee guidelines and relationships with service partners have all cultivated trustworthiness in the marketplace, we also provide community support through many charitable contributions, pro-bono work, and volunteering for various charities including the American Cancer Society, Susan G Komen Race for the Cure, Rebuilding Together Metro Denver, Denver Rescue Mission, National AMBUCS, Boy Scouts of America, and our annual Adopt A Family for Christmas.

Delta Disaster Services has been built on a foundation of integrity, ethics, relationships and trust.  The daily processes we have established ensure that our customers and employees are at the center of all we do, and that our work benefits those we serve and the communities we touch.
