PROTECT YOUR CLIENT AND HAVE THE UNIT SERVICED! For a base price of $129.00 your Client will receive: · A complete system check/inspection of the gas fireplace, which includes the glass removed and polished and all components inspected, tested and cleaned. · The unit with the glass reinstalled is then burnt for 15 minutes and is given a vent test, gas leak test, seal test and an electrical test. · The unit is certified safe and operational. · Basic service price is $129.00. We do offer additional discounts for multiple units at the same location. Replacement parts are additional and not included in the base service cost. · We guarantee our labor for 30 days from service date. All replacement parts are warranted by the manufacturer.

This complete system check includes six major tests: · Gas Fireplace Burn Test · Venting Test · Seal Test · Gas Leak Test · Electrical Test · Carbon Monoxide Test Our extensive testing insures your fireplace is operating safely and burning at maximum efficiency. Our service work is 100% guaranteed. We recommend that your gas fireplace and all other gas appliances be serviced at least every two years.

Council approved R10-019, A Resolution Supporting the Moffat Collection System Project and Urging the Army Corp of Engineers to Issue a 404 Permit. Jim Sullivan, Deputy Director of Public Works, reviewed this resolution with council.
Council approved that CB10-008, An Ordinance Authorizing the Second Amendment to the 2010 Operating and Capital Budget and Authorizing Expenditures in 2010 for 2009 Activities, be approved on first reading, ordered published in full and a public hearing date be set for March 15, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. |
