Faucet Repair - It can be one of the most common repairs and at times there is more going on. Toilet Repair - Running toilet, unclog your toilet, repair a poorly flushing toilet, quiet a noisy toilet, and replace, repair or fix any toilet part that may be causing your toilet to not function correctly.
Bathroom Remodels Kitchen Remodels Custom Home Plumbing Water heaters (replace & repair) - Water heaters are ranked third on the household energy consumption list, so by increasing its efficiency you can decrease your energy costs. Drain Cleaning Sump Pumps - The sump pump is what removes ground water from underneath your house. It usually sits in a pit that is built into your basement floor or crawlspace. Winterize Sprinklers Water re-pipes - If your pipes are galvanized they will eventually close after a period of time, installation of copper or PEX piping to improve and/or increase flow and water quality. Dishwasher installs Tankless Water heaters - Did you know that around 20 - 25 percent of every dollar you spend on energy in your home goes to heating water? Tankless or on demand water heaters are becoming more common in North America. Basically a tankless water heater heats water only as it is required. It doesn't heat and store 40 or so gallons of water in a large tank, just waiting for it to be needed. Insta-Hot Faucets - Instant hot water heaters are basically small electric hot water tanks (none of them are gas fired). A small tank holds the hot water ready for use, just waiting for when you turn on the special instant hot water tap at the sink. March 1st - 31st - Regis University will host a traveling exhibit from the Hiroshima Peace Museum in the Dayton Memorial Library. Among the items displayed will be 27 drawings created by A-bomb survivors as part of a project that began in 1974; A People's Pictorial Record of the Atomic Bombing.
