Jon Drogheo, Principal, is a consultant to top executives and managers regarding performance development, management/leadership development, and organizational employee engagement. Jon's expertise has contributed to the implementation of many successful initiatives such as, talent acquisition initiatives, talent management projects, employer of choice branding, and sales culture transitions.

HRPartner Consulting also provides career coaching based on Jon's research for the last five years on recruiters' and hiring managers' views of resumes on their initial read. This research has helped hundreds of job seekers develop a performance based resume that serves as their first interview with employers. Jon has served as an expert panelist on CBS News 4's Employment Town Hall regarding his research on hiring.

Jon earned a Master's degree in Education and Human Resources Studies with an emphasis in Organizational Performance and Change from Colorado State University.  Jon has provided presentations, conference keynotes, and workshops to the Credit Union Associations of Colorado & Wyoming, Metro State College, Doane College, Montana Credit Union System, DeVry University, Westwood College, the National Center for Community Collaboration, Colorado Non-Profit Association, Jobing.com, Jefferson County Workforce Center, Society of Hispanic Human Resource Professionals (SHHRP), National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA), Boulder Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals, and the Colorado Nursery and Greenhouse Association.
