Greetings!

This is our first newletter with new services we offer and some tips and ideas that we have come across recently.

FAMILY LAW ARBITRATION
Are you looking for a reasonable and cost effective way to resolve disputes?  We are now offering family law arbitration.  Jimmy Vaught is now not only a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, but is also certified as an Arbitrator by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.  The more than 1600 AAML Fellows across the United States are generally recognized by judges and attorneys as preeminent family law practitioners with a high level of knowledge, skill and integrity.

Arbitration is a sensible alternative to the traditional court system.  One of the advantages is that an arbitrator can do just about anything a judge can do (except grant a divorce).  Custody determinations, visitation, child support, alimony, and characterization and division of property are all within the power granted to an Arbitrator.  It can also be used to facilitate pre-trial disputes.  It is confidential and private, held in a private office with no audience of onlookers.  Also, you can choose the date and time, and not have to worry about other cases bumping your case further and further into the future.  The expenses are significantly lower than a bench or jury trial would cost, and an arbitrator is going to give your case more time and attention than a judge can allocate.

Please call Jimmy to discuss or schedule an arbitration.  You will be glad you did!
Never hesitate to call our office.  We and our staff will treat you or anyone you refer to us in a kind, compassionate, and caring manner.  Even if our firm is not what you need, we will help you find the right attorrney for your needs.  We want to be your family law resource.

Sincerely,

Janet McCullar Vavra and Jimmy Vaught
