Focus, then Release

All the books on manifestation speak of focus being of utmost importance. It is a major part of it to be sure. After focus comes another all important step as well - release. I jokingly say that many of the modern religions teach their followers to pray as if they are waiting. They continually thank for the result of their prayer. The continual focus on the gratitude does not convey the fact that they have the result. In fact, it conveys the opposite.

"Whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith."~ Jesus

When Jeshua spoke those words, I believe he meant them. To be in continual gratitude holds us in the place of lack. The example I use is this: when you ask for a glass of water and someone gives it to you do you continue to thank for it or do you drink the water? Having faith that the person is getting you the water, and then receiving it, is how you can enjoy the experience of the water. There is nothing esoteric that needs to be added to Jeshua's words. Ask, believe, and you will receive. The core of the statement is the belief.

Faith is your simple belief. Faith is knowing without seeing. Know that what you ask for you are already going to receive. The simpler your faith the faster you receive. I say simple instead of stronger for one very simple reason, it is easy and not difficult. Strength implies a struggle. Simple implies an easy relaxed feeling in the body. It is the feeling of the source flowing through you. The less restriction placed upon the flow the easier the manifestation will be. Once you've asked get out of your way and believe. My friend Holly says, "When you order from a catalog, do you check in with them every day to see if it's coming or do you just know?" This question is an important one for it illustrates the basic simplicity of faith. True faith just is. There is no need for struggle or continued allegiance to a structure or ceremony. It Just is. Know it is and it shall be.

When we realize that the power of creation lies within each of us, as all the Avatars have said, we come to a place of knowing that what we ask for we do receive, then our faith becomes much easier, much simpler.
