Greetings! |
A celebration of the
contributions Black Americans made to this great nation!
Home Style is steeped in
southern style tradition. The
recipe that Hildred Shumake developed,
is now Home Style Sausage.
Walter Parks, grandfather of our previous owner represents our
commitment to keeping this tradition going. We take a moment to acknowledge our heritage as we carry on
the smokehouse tradition and preparation our forefathers used to enhance the
flavor of our Hot and Mild Pork Sausage.
These are savory flavors that never let us forget our unique and special
heritage. Ask the store manager for Home Style
Sausage, the one with Walter on the package; because Home Style is that good,
and good food is food for the soul.

Home Style Hot and Mild Pork Sausages
|
You asked, we delivered!
You asked the manager and now Sam's Club will offer Home
Style Hot and Mild pork sausage to the Sams Club Members. We will keep making this premium sausage
because you are the catalyst that puts our product in the store. So if you want Home style in your local
market you have to ask the store manager.
February is a great month for comfort food. It's cold out and the family
needs foods that are warm and soothing.
Our Louisanna recipe for Gumbo using Home Style hot or mild sausage
meets the highest of comfort food standards. It's hot, filling, and there is
enough for seconds and thirds.

Regions Bank Grand Opening: Saturday January 23, treating customers to sausage on both sides of
Camp 'Creek Parkway. We were
outside grilling at the Regions Bank Grand Opening event and sampling inside at
Publix across the street. Home
