Traditionally, this month has been a time to turn inward towards spiritual growth and the mysteries of the Universe. Our bodies have a natural response to the change of this season, mainly because there is thinning of the veil between the physical and the spiritual worlds.  

Samhain or All Hallow's Eve (Halloween)  is the time when the veil between the physical and spiritual worlds is the thinnest. Spirits who have passed are more present and your prayers or communication with the universe can be answered quickly. While it is a productive time, it is also a time to turn within. If you are sensitive to energy, you may be experiencing a sudden sense of dissatisfaction with your job, relationships, or daily routines. You may be intolerant of loud or crowded places. You may be having unusual dreams or waking up in the middle of the night. 

All these symptoms may feel like you are losing control, but rather are signs that you are ready for the next step in creating a more fulfilling life. Each year you are called to take this new and exciting step. You can learn spiritual tools, developed in ancient times, to discover your own unique frequency rather than absorbing those of others around you. You can then begin to affect changes in your world based on your own vision of what you want to create.
