I hope you are enjoying these warm summer days!
I just returned from a pleasantly relaxing vacation in Sedona and Scottsdale in Arizona. Here are a couple of my photos from breathtaking Sedona that I wanted to share with you!
In these hectic times, between work, family, and social commitments, it is often difficult to make the extra effort to care for your oral health. At our office, we strive to make your regular dental maintenance visit a relaxing, educational, and positive experience.
Routine dental maintenance is very important to your overall health. We can detect tooth decay, periodontal disease, oral cancer, root fractures, and a host of other abnormalities early, which can save time, money, your teeth, and your life! Although you thoroughly brush and floss between your teeth every day, your mouth needs routine professional cleanings at the dental office. A professional cleaning helps remove stains, plaque, and tartar from your teeth and under your gums to keep your smile bright and healthy.
At your recall dental appointment, we check the health of your gums, jaw bone, teeth, TMJ's, tongue, hard palate, and soft tissues to ensure that all is well. Some diseases or medical conditions, such as oral cancer, vitamin deficiencies, and hormonal irregularities, have warning signs that can appear in the mouth. By identifying changes in your mouth, we can help detect health problems at an early stage when they can be treated most successfully.
Please give us a call at 212-752-3001 or e-mail us at r.lipschutz@verizon.net, if you haven't had your examination and cleaning appointment within the past 6 months.
Thank you once again for your continued support of me and my dental practice. Remember that I will always be committed to providing the highest possible level of care and service to all of my patients. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Professionally Yours,
Robert D. Lipschutz, D.M.D.

Friendly Reminder About Our Office Policy |
We understand that day-to-day living can be very stressful, especially in New York City! Sometimes emergencies occur. Circumstances arise that cause patients to miss or cancel appointments. However, your courtesy to give us 24 hours advance notice whenever possible allows us to see our patients promptly.
Please let us take this opportunity to remind you of the "Appointment" section of our "Office Policy", which you signed and agreed to on our registration form at your first visit to the office.
According to United Collection Service, a dentist has the ability to legally collect a broken appointment fee, when an upfront disclosure is given to the patient.
.。*・.。.。*・.。.。*・.。.。*・.。 Your dental treatment requires a sincere commitment on your part and substantial advance preparation on ours. Reserved time for your appointment is time denied to another patient. If there is a possibility that work or personal matters may conflict with the fulfillment of your appointment obligation, it is suggested, in fairness to all, that you try to be worked in on a same day asis as your availability and ours permits, rather than reserve time in advance. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours prior notice, you will be charged $75 for each hour of reserved time. Notice must be given during the office hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat, and 10am to 8pm on Thu. If you are late for an appointment by more than 30 minutes, it may not be possible to treat you that visit and you will be charged the same as if it were a cancellation. In the event that you break your appointment without calling to advise us at all, the fee is $75 for each hour reserved. These fees will be billed to you and are not covered by dental insurance. Repeated appointment failures may result in dismissal from our practice.
.。*・.。.。*・.。.。*・.。.。*・.。
We always strive to be fair and just to all of our patients, and expect similar gestures in return. We would greatly appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation in this matter.
