Summertime is here, and the time has come to show a little more skin! Are you looking to shed a few (or more) pounds, develop a healthy lifestyle and take charge of nurturing the temple that is your body? Homeopathy has much to offer in the way of weight loss support.

Homeopathy focuses on your overall health and well-being, not simply your weight issue. It addresses the underlying cause of your weight imbalance by treating you as a whole person in a way that promotes your body's own capacity for self-healing. The goal is to restore you to health and healthy weight is a sign of being healthy!

Weight issues are complex in nature, and are actually less about diet, than: psychological factors, such as stress, emotional triggers and low self-esteem; hormone imbalance; digestive function; liver health; thyroid function; neurotransmitter imbalance; toxicity; genetic disorders; insufficient sleep; and overall metabolism. So there are many factors that could be contributing to being overweight, and homeopathy is well-known for being effective in helping with all of the above. Homeopathy plays a special role in weight loss because it also has the capacity to change...

Enjoy all the beauty and joys of Summer, and remember to keep us in mind for your healthcare needs! We hope to see your smiling faces in the office soon!
