Back to school is just around the corner and it is a perfect time to start thinking about how to send your kids to school with healthy, exciting and great tasting lunches. It is easy to fall into that rut of PB & J sandwiches and "healthy" chocolate covered, sugar laden granola bars, but with the right amount of planning and some inspiring ideas, you can whip up energy and nutrient rich lunches that will keep your kids so happy they will forget that summer is over!

Think Inside The (Bento) BoxSick of making sandwiches? Try something new this year by packing a schmorgesborg of healthy snacks and making a bento box lunch... (Read full article) |

Choosing your child's remedy
Choose a remedy below that matches at least three of your child's symptoms. For any other chronic psychological condition such as hyperactivity/ADHD, depression, anger or low self esteem, please seek professional homeopathic advice.
ACONITE Does your child have sudden panic attacks, which may be brought on by shock? Does he/she have a fear of being in crowds or of narrow spaces? Is he/she overly restless or have attacks of hyperventilation? If so, try Aconite 30Cto help relieve these symptoms.
