Seasons Greetings!
During this time, I'd like to thank all of our patients and clients for a wonderful first year at Pande Family Wellness Centre! We've grown quite a bit since the beginning of the year, now with 6 health practitioners and 3 office assistants to complete our family. It's a pleasure to serve you, your families and your friends and we look forward to continue helping you in the future.

With
winter in the air, it's important to take care when you are walking
in snowy conditions. Here are a few tips that will help you avoid
slipping on the ice or snow:
- Wear
shoes or boots that provide traction on snow and ice: rubber and
neoprene composite. Avoid plastic and leather soles.
- Take
small steps to keep your center of balance under you.
