St. Christopher's to show "Brother Sun, Sister Moon" movie August 3rd  

The movie will be shown at 6 PM on Wednesday, August 3. Many of us know the Prayer of St. Francis but few of us know much about the saint to whom the prayer is attributed. "Brother Sun, Sister Moon" is a moving and lyrical depiction of the life of St. Francis; a feisty, eccentric, romantic, and devout Christian who helped to change the face of the church and spawned a movement that continues today in his

name: Franciscanism.

The two-hour long movie is directed by Franco Zeffirelli, and the musical score is outstanding. Please plan now to spend an evening with us and come and see "Brother Sun, Sister Moon." Bring your friends. Refreshments will be provided.
