Bishop Miller is pleased to announce the appointment of The Rev. Carla McCook to the position of Bishop's Assistant for Congregational Development. Carla presently serves as rector of St. Thomas of Canterbury in Greendale. She will officially join the diocesan staff as of October 18, 2011.
