ZetePAC - Brothers Helping Brothers |
What is ZetePAC? ZetePAC was started by individual members of the Zeta Psi Fraternity as an independent Political Action Committee that seeks to help our Brothers succeed in local, state, and federal elections.
Who does ZetePAC support? ZetePAC's core goal is supporting Zeta Psi Brothers who seek to run for local, state, and federal office. Our mission is Brothers helping Brothers. By raising funds now, we can provide critical financial support to our Brothers who run for office.
Why create ZetePAC? Despite 162 years of Senators, Congressmen, Governors, and other elected Zeta Psi Brothers, there are very few currently in office. The ongoing changes to campaign finance and the growing resources needed to succeed in a campaign are major hurdles to any candidate's election. We formed ZetePAC as Brothers helping Brothers to overcome these hurdles and provide critically needed early support to succeed in politics.
Is ZetePAC affiliated with Zeta Psi? NO. ZetePAC is a completely independent legal entity with its own organization, management, and donors. While our support comes largely from Zeta Psi Brothers, ZetePAC is an independent PAC and not a "separate segregated fund" of Zeta Psi (as defined by law) or otherwise affiliated with Zeta Psi Fraternity or Zeta Psi Educational Foundation.

ZetePAC is in no way affiliated with Zeta Psi Fraternity of N.A. or the Zeta Psi Educational Foundation. Contributions to ZetePAC will be used in connection with federal elections, state elections, and local elections to the extent permitted by law and are governed by federal election law. Contributions are STRICTLY voluntary and are not limited to the suggested amounts; however, there is a limit of $5,000 from an individual per calendar year ($10,000 per married couple per year when checks are signed by both spouses). Contributions from foreign nationals and corporations are prohibited. Contributions to ZetePAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. |
