ATLANTA, GA - November 17, 2008 - With the
holidays fast approaching the string doll designers at
Kamibashi wanted to add a Jewish
character to sell in stores
worldwide. Although their String Doll Gang has 80+ members and five Christmas related dolls, the
Kamibashi crew was having trouble designing one for Hanukkah. But then they met Brian Abrams, whose long standing Internet alias, Dreidel
Hustler, befits him so well that it has become his official job title at Heeb
Magazine. Abrams pitched his idea and the string doll designers were
thrilled. "There's Hanukkah Harry from Saturday Night Live but someone
may own the rights," he said, "so I suggested Kamibashi make the Dreidel Hustler."
Each member of The String Doll Gang comes with a fabric tag
stating has his or her own special power that is always positive and helpful. Dreidel
Hustler's special power is
to make sure the dreidel
comes up gimel every time. The dolls are handmade in Thailand and come with both a key ring and lobster clip so that the dolls
can be attached to just about anything. At $10, the Dreidel Hustler is a
great Hanukkah gift for both children and adults.
