Potluck's 15th Christmas Dinner -  Christmas Dinner Volunteer Sign Up 
Our annual holiday dinner will be held on Christmas, Thursday, December 25th, from 12 p.m.
to 3 p.m. at the YWCA of Greater Portland, 1111 SW 10th Ave. This will be the 13th time that the YWCA will be our co-host for this popular event; last year we served close to 900 guests.

Advanced Sign up Needed for Christmas Volunteers
Helping out at our annual Christmas Dinner on Thursday, December 25th is one of the most popular volunteer activities at Potluck. Therefore, it's important to sign up as soon as possible to get your name and the names of any other volunteers on our list.

Once you have gone through advance registration, our volunteer coordinator for the event will call you to confirm your registration. Please have ready the names of everyone in your volunteer party.

We have volunteer needs before and after the dinner.  On Wed., Dec. 24th, we need help decorating the gym and setting up the tables at the YWCA. After the meal on the 25th, we really need your help cleaning up and putting away the tables and chairs. Sign up soon before we fill up!
