Quarterly Webinar

Your support agreement with Munjal White entitles you to attend our quarterly webinar series at no additional cost.  We have only a few attendees signed up.  We encourage you to  take advantage of these seminars.  Even if you don't feel comfortable making the changes on your own, at least you'll have learned what is possible.

Training Week - Oct 22 to 26

Classroom

During the week of October of 22, we have put together classes that you have been asking for. This is your opportunity to learn what is possible with your Sage 100 (formerly MAS 90 / 200) system.  The classes will be held in Mississauga and will be hands-on with your data.  It doesn't get any more relevant than this!

We hope you'll join us for one or more of our classes that we have scheduled for the week of October 22.

Support Tip - Quantity on SO or Quantity on PO 


A very common issue that we see in our support requests from customers is that the Quantity on Sales Order or Quantity on Purchase Order in the Item Inquiry screen is not accurate.

The most common solution to this issue is to run a system utility -- Library Master | Utilities | Rebuild Sort Files.  Select the appropriate module (Sales Order if the On SO quantity is wrong or Purchase Order if the On PO quantity is wrong) and your company code.  After you click Proceed, you will be presented with the question below (if you selected the SO module or a similar message if you selected the PO module)

Click Yes and then you'll see the on SO or on PO quantities recalculated on the Item Inquiry screen.  The utility is safe to use and usually fixes the problem 95% of the time.

There is no known consistent cause for why the On SO or On PO quantity gets out of sync.  Many of our customers run this utility every month or so to correct any problems before they get noticed.
