Customer Pricing Report

Have you ever tried to create a price list specific to your customer?  Perhaps you have special rules in place -- discount by price level, specific price for some items, regular price for other items, etc.  In Sage MAS 90 / 200 v4.5, a new report called Customer Pricing Report has been added which will do just that.

The sample report below shows pricing for a customer where various pricing methods are in use
(apologies for the poor quality of the screen capture)

Customer Pricing Report

If you haven't upgraded to MAS 90 v4.5 yet, perhaps this will encourage you to upgrade.  If you have already upgraded, did you know this report exists?

Keep in mind that this report is designed in Crystal Reports which means that you can modify the report to look like you want it to.

Credit Card Processing with Sage Payment Solutions

Do you accept credit cards from your customers?  How do you process them?  Are you using a solution/processor that is integrated with your Sage MAS 90 / 200 system?  Is your in-house process PCI compliant?  If you have pieces of paper with your customer's credit card numbers written down, you are violating the Payment Card Industry ("PCI") rules and could lose credit card processing privileges.

On April 17 at 11am EST, Sage is hosting a webinar titled Making Sense of the Credit Card IndustryClick here to register for this session.  Even if you aren't able to attend this time slot, you should still register -- if you register, you'll get a link after the fact for the on-demand recording that you can listen in your own time.

The Credit Card Processing (powered by Sage Payments Solutions) module is free for Sage MAS 90 / 200 customers (license and maintenance is free) (** subject to change).

Click here to let us know if you'd like us to introduce you to Sage Payment Solutions so that you can get a very competitive quote for your processing fees.

Some points of interest of processing credit cards in MAS . . .
