Dear , Last week we held our week of classes. We had 16 participants in our F9 and Crystal Reports classes. Feedback on the evaluations was quite positive -- all of them saying that they would be creating their own reports back in the office right away! If you're interested in attending one of our future classes, let us know when is a good time for you. In the past, we've offered these classes only every year or two, based on demand, but if demand says sooner, we can schedule another one soon! If you don't have the Visual Integrator module, you're missing out. This module is a huge time saver. In D.E.'s case, she imported inventory physical counts into the Physical Count Entry screen rather than keying them in manually. Huge timesaver!

About 5 years ago, we came across this really neat shareware program called FastCapture from www.faststone.org. It enables you to take screen shots very very easily. From time to time, we get screen shots from clients but can't read what's important -- the screen shot is the entire desktop which makes it difficult to see the error message or the intended focus on the screen! It's really easy to use and makes creating documentation and procedures documents a snap! Try it -- it's free! |
