On April 5, Sage made available a software update for your Sage MAS 90 / 200 v4.3 and v4.4 to make the software compliant with Windows 7 (64bit) and Windows Server 2008.

 

The update is available to customers on a current maintenance plan with Sage through the Sage Software Online website (www.sagesoftwareonline.com).  If you don't already have your own login information for this site, you can complete the authorized contact form at the bottom of that same site.

 

The update is quite large (208 MB for v4.3 and 315 MB for v4.4).  The update includes a new workstation setup program.  Instructions for how to implement are online.

Many of our customers have purchased new PCs with Windows 7 pre-installed and have not been able to get Sage MAS 90 / 200 properly installed.  This update should resolve this problem.

 

*** The Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 update is available for v4.3 and v4.4 only.  Updates for earlier versions of MAS will not be made available.
