A Quote to Ponder
The ultimate leader is one who is willing to develop people to the point that they surpass him or her in knowledge and ability.  - Frank A Manske Jr.

Our approach at Munjal White has always been to make our clients self sufficient.  We get satisfaction from watching our clients expand their skill sets -- and we, too, learn from our clients.  We encourage you to take advantage of our web classes and classroom training sessions.  We are always looking for ways to improve our service levels -- please let us know if you have any ideas.

Users Group Feedback
On Tue, March 23, we held a Users Group meeting.  Feedback from the session was very encouraging.
- Overall rating of the Users Group meeeting - 8.6 out of 10
- Most useful sessions - review of v4.4 and also the overview of the HST implementation
- Overall rating of our monthly newsletter - 8.4 out of 10

As part of the session evaluation, we asked participants if they wanted more information on topics covered during the meeting.  The following topics received overwhelming interest:
- moving forward on the upgrade to v4.4
- implementing the HST
- online or classroom courses on Crystal Reports (intro and intermdiate) and Excel query
- EFT processing
- Automated cheque clearing
We will be following up with each participant on their specific points of interest.  In the meantime, keep your eyes open on these topics in future newsletters.

One of the topics presented was our FREE System Review.  Many of our clients have been using MAS for years and years and may not be aware of some of the new features that are available.  If you would like to schedule your FREE System Review, please click here to let us know and we'll be in touch to schedule a date.  If you have already emailed us a note to schedule your review, there is no need to reply again; we have you on our calendar and will be contacting you shortly to scheduled a specific date.

For the System Review, here are some points to consider:
  • we will spend 1-2 hours reviewing your current settings and configuration
  • we will review your add-ons and/or customizations and determine whether they are still necessary and whether they can be replaced by something within the core product.  There have been significant advances in the Custom Office module in the last few software releases which may render many of the add-ons and/or customizations unnecessary
  • we will review file sizes and recommend purging of data (the purging would need to be planned for and would not be done while on site for the System Review)
  • we will review other functions that are currently being done outside of MAS which may be brought inside to increase efficiency
  • we will review your business-critical spreadsheets, exports, and interfaces to other systems that might be automated or brought into MAS
  • we will make suggestions to help you gain efficiencies in running MAS
  • **** the system review is NOT a training session; it really is more of a dive into MAS to see what might be possible to clean up and help you Get the Most from Your Sage MAS 90 / 200 Investment going forward
Once the System Review is completed, we will prepare a list of recommendations; you can choose to act on all, some, or none but at least you'll have an idea of what might be improved.

Always keep asking yourself how you can Get the Most from Your Sage MAS 90 / 200 Investment

We look forward to your feedback and your ideas for future issues of our newsletter.  If you would like to contribute an article to a future newsletter, we'd love to have your contribution.  Please let us know how we can help you Get the Most from Your Sage MAS 90 / 200 Investment.

Sincerely,
