Greetings!
2009 is almost over.  We hope you've been able to weather this economic storm and are looking forward to the holidays.

This issue of Keeping in Touch highlights some administrative issues that we like to bring to your attention.

Our office will be closed from December 21 to 25; urgent support requests submitted through our website at www.munjalwhite.com will be responded to once a day.

As always, we value your feedback on our monthly newsletters.  Click here to let us know how we're doing.

A Quote to Ponder

Invoice by Email
Effective immediately, we will be sending invoices to our customers by email.  If you need a paper copy of your invoice, please click here and let us know.

If you'd like to implement automatic email delivery of customer invoices or other documents in your business, please click here to ask us how!

Online Support Request Form
In the past, we've asked our clients to contact us with support issues through our [email protected] email address.

Starting today, we are introducing our new online support request form at
www.munjalwhite.com.  From any page on our website, click on the Support Request link at the top of each page.  This site is your key to getting a timely response to your support issues.  Please bookmark this site in your internet favourites!

You'll be asked a few short questions about the nature of your issue.  Once you click on the submit option, you'll receive an email confirmation with the details that you've provided.

Support requests sent through this process will receive priority responses.  Internally, we have a process to respond to these requests based on the response time requested.  Emails sent to our old support email address or to an individual person at Munjal White will not receive the same priority level of response.

We recognize that this is a new process and we will continue to streamline it so that you receive the level of response that you need.

We welcome feedback on this new support process.  Click here to send us your comments.

Support Options

On November 6, we sent a email to the primary contact at each of our clients.  We outlined our support fee options starting December 1.  If we have not received your response, we assume that you prefer to be billed for support requests on a per-case basis of $200 per case.  A lower per case rate is available with our prepaid support option.  Please refer to the email dated November 6.

If you are the primary contact at your company, please be sure to share your chosen support option with all MAS users who might normally request support directly with us.  To assist you in managing your software support costs, we recommend that you appoint one or two people at your office to be the point person for MAS issues.

If you need us to resend this email, please click here to let us know.

 Windows 7

Many clients have contacted us asking about the status of compatiblity of your Sage MAS 90 / 200 software with Windows 7.  As of today, there is no official word on when MAS will be supported on the Windows 7 operating system platform.

Unofficially, the rumor is that it will be supported with the release of v4.4 in the first quarter of next year.  There are no rumors at all about whether software updates will be available for v4.3 or lower.

We look forward to your feedback and your ideas for future issues of our newsletter.  If you would like to contribute an article to a future newsletter, we'd love to have your contribution.  Please let us know how we can help you Get the Most from Your Sage MAS 90 / 200 Investment.

Sincerely,

    Shabnam and Robert
