Business Alerts
Business Alerts is a powerful data monitoring tool for your Sage MAS 90 / 200 system.  This tool will send you an email automatically when a noteworthy event happens within your accounting system.  Staying on top of your business is more important than ever and Business Alerts will help you do that.
 
We have assisted many of our clients with setting up alerts.  Here are a few samples.  Send an email when . . .
  • A new GL account has been added or deleted
  • The terms code on a Sales Order is different from the terms code on the customer maintenance screen
  • An inventory stock level goes below the re-order point
  • With the dollar amount of the day's total orders (or month to date)
  • With the dollar amount of the day's total invoices (or month to date)
  • An EFT payment has been issued to a vendor
  • A customer credit hold flag has changed (from Y to N or N to Y)
  • A new purchase order has been issued that requires internal approval
