The Orinda Arts Council is pleased to announce its
Ninth Annual High School Visual Arts Competition!
Open to all students residing or attending schools in Orinda, Lafayette, or Moraga. Online Registration Opens February 1st. Important Dates - Registration Open: Feb. 1st
- Entry Form Due: Feb 17th Midnight
- Artwork Drop-Off: Feb 29th 3:00-6:00pm
- Artist & Awards Reception: Mar 7th 4:00-6:00pm
- Exhibit Run: Mar 1-28th
- Artwork Pick-Up: Mar 29th 3:00-6:00pm

The Orinda Arts Council provides grant support to the Miramonte, OIS & OUSD Spring School Musicals.
Support EFO and Company C Ballet
Give the gift of art this holiday season. The Educational Foundation of Orinda is partnering with Company C Contemporary Ballet to offer tickets to select performances of the 10th Anniversary Season Winter Program. For every full priced benefit ticket sold to an EFO supporter, Company C Contemporary Ballet will donate $10 of the ticket price to EFO.
Benefit tickets are priced at $45 for orchestra seating and are available for the following Winter Program performances:
- San Francisco: the Novellus Theater at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, February 17 & 19
- Benefit ticket buyers must use the code "ENRICH" when ordering tickets to ensure their discount and support for every full priced benefit ticket sold.

The LFEF recommends these films available to the public and well worth viewing in the comfort of your home.
- The February pick is The Way with Martin Sheen, which takes place on the same 800km pilgrimage as "Sticky Fingers," but is serious in nature. Beautiful cinematography and interesting characters. It will be available on Netflix in the near future.
