"Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs"
Based on the original story by the Brothers Grimm, the legend comes alive under the guidance of Clive Worsley, Director, and Natalie Wheeler, Producer. True to the original tale, this dramatic adventure will be fun for the whole family! Two casts will perform six shows, including three matinees. Tickets now on sale at www.ShowTix4U.com. MHS Advanced Drama Presents "Metamorphoses"
Shows begin at 7:30pm, Nov. 17, 18 and 19 at the Miramonte Theater. Tickets can be purchased online at the MHS Webstore ($5 students, $7 adults) or at the door ($8 students, $10 adults).

MHS Art Students Exhibits at the Miramonte Art Center
Open weekdays 2:15-4:00pm. Advanced Art Honors students have created very personal Impressionist still life works in acrylic. AP Art is exhibiting new Miramonte Landscape works in oil pastel, as well as foreshortened figures in charcoal. Senior Nina Berger's "Rowing", an acrylic painting, is featured in the Miramonte Art Center outside display case.

At the Orinda Community Center. Free admission. The Orinda Community Center's largest fundraising event features vendors from around the SF Bay Area, plus art activities and live entertainment for the whole family. More information at the City of Orinda website.

Artisan and Wine Faire at OCC
A wide variety of artisans will again display their work at the annual Artisan and Wine Faire held at the Orinda Country Club, 315 Camino Sobrante, Orinda. This festive event offers an array of unique creativity from local craftsmen happy to discuss their artwork with you. Orinda Women's Club 24th Annual Festival of the Trees Luncheon & Fashion Show
Come support the OWC and see the tree decorated and donated by the OAC! Held at the San Ramon Marriott Hotel, the annual event features a lavish luncheon, raffle, gift baskets and fashion show. Proceeds this year will benefit the Monument Crisis Center and Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Contra Costa County. For more information, please contact Myrna Witt.

It covers the OAC's 60-year history here in Orinda and you'll probably recognize many of the programs featured and the people pictured (including maybe you!)
