|Catherine just came back from a wonderful U.S. Premiere in Seattle! The post-screening panel,
led by an editor from The Seattle Times, was a lively discussion of "What's On Seattle's Plate?". Participants, including people
who work with farmers markets, fisheries and chefs' schools, discussed
how to apply the lessons of the film in the Northwest context. Some audience
members said they were going to join a local CSA right away. One
viewer was so inspired that he wrote an amazing food poem in honor of his son and read it to everyone after the panel.
