State Agencies Undergo Sunset Review Process - State Employee Charitable Campaign Policy Committee

Over the past couple of months or so, I have been outlining Texas' sunset review process. The agencies I have covered so far included the Texas Ethics Commission on Judicial Conduct and many others. As a reminder, in order to identify and eliminate government waste, duplication and general inefficiencies in state agencies, the Texas Legislature established the Texas Sunset Advisory Commission in 1977.  Read the full article.

"Parents who by written request exempt their children from their liability insurance and then let them drive the vehicle.  They do not get a ticket and if they hit you they are not responsible. You have to sue them.   Eliminate the exemption rule.  If you drive the vehicle, have liability insurance,  have an accident. You are responsible period. NO exemptions.
