Speaker Appoints Joint Interim Committee - Cruise Industry Study Committee

Senate Concurrent Resolution (SCR) 5, known as the cruise industry bill, was filed as the Senate companion to House Concurrent Resolution (HCR) 29 which I was proud to have the opportunity to file during the 82nd Regular Legislative Session. Hunter Awarded CLEAT Legislative Crime Fighter of the Year

AUSTIN- The state's largest law enforcement organization, also known as the Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Texas, or CLEAT, has chosen to honor State Representative Todd Hunter of the 32nd District for his deep commitment to the rights and interests of peace officers during the 82nd legislative session. Todd presented a resolution from the state of Texas at the Centennial Jubilee Formation Conference to the Corpus Christi Diocese, Bishop Wm. Michael Mulvey, Timothy Cardinal Dolan, Daniel Cardinal Di Nardo and a group of bishops from throughout Texas.
