Today is Memorial Day.  This day commemorates men and women who died while in military service to the United States.  It was formerly known as Decoration Day.  It is the dedication and sacrifices of these brave men and women that have protected our rights, freedoms and safety through the years and continue to do so.  I salute them and their families.
