The first several months of 2012 have brought with them a welcomed change for small to mid-market employers, from their experiences of recent years. Health insurance cost increases have remained flat (that's right, No Change) for many that renewed their plans in the first 6 months of 2012. Most adults need at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity at least five days per week. Examples include walking briskly, mowing the lawn, dancing, swimming for recreation or bicycling. Stretching and weight training can also strengthen your body and improve your fitness level. Read More |
