Creating and delivering effective employee benefit communications is a constant challenge. Most organizations have multi-generational workforces (Traditionalist, Baby Boomer, Gen X and Gen Y) that must be taken into consideration, as well as individual employee learning styles all requiring different types of communications. Other challenges, including erosion in employee trust and engagement following the recent recession, and the need to prevent information overload, further demonstrate the difficulty of managing effective benefits communications.
