MA Health Reform Flaws Punish Small Employers!  20, 30 and 40+% Rate Increases!

By Gary R. Goodhile, CLU
Co-Founder and Principal, Sullivan Benefits

As we discussed in our September Newsletter, the single best way to prevent the flu is for individuals, especially people at high risk for serious complications from the flu, to get a flu vaccination.  However, we have since learned that there is limited supply of the Seasonal Vaccination as well as a delay in the delivery of the H1N1 vaccination.  As an Employer, it is best to encourage your employees to contact their Primary Care Physician with questions regarding vaccination information and availability. Also, refer to the following websites for up to date and accurate information about both the Seasonal and H1N1 flu vaccinations; www.cdc.gov and www.flu.gov

Below you will find some recommendations from the CDC website regarding prevention, flu symptoms and what to do if one is sick.  READ MORE.
