Well, it is already July which means the July 31st Form 5500 filing deadline is quickly approaching for 2008 calendar year benefit plans. And, simultaneously due on July 31st, Employer 941 federal quarterly tax filings which have been revised to include credit due for the new American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) COBRA Premium Subsidy.
