Our Farm On The Air

The sun has certainly helped the crops. In addition to the tomatoes and lettuce, we have fresh-picked cucumbers, sugar snap peas and purple-topped turnips. For an easy recipe for fresh cucumber salad, click here.
 
We've teamed up with Cape Cod Broadcasting to encourage people to sign up for farm memberships. Cheryl Park, WQRC 99.9 FM on-air personality, recently visited the farm. See her report here. 
 
WQRC and other Cape Cod Broadcasting stations - WOCN 104.7 FM, WKPE 103.9 FM, and WFCC 107.5 FM - are promoting the farm on air this week. Adopt a Bee Farm Memberships can be obtained at our farm stand in Dennis, at the Bee Mobile or by signing up here.  Remember, members get a 10 percent discount on all farm products.

Looking For Retail Rangers 
 
The new Cape Abilities Consignment and Thrift store opens August 1st on Route 6A in kayakBarnstable Village.
 
We're looking for volunteers to work the retail side of the store and help generally. It's a chance to explore your inner Macy's, be the first to see what's on sale and work with a great team. To learn more about volunteering, read here.
 
Of course, we're also looking for donations or consignments of furniture, household goods and other items to stock our store. We've already had a kayak, clothes, tables and a surf board ! We're accepting donations now. To learn more read here.
