Happy, sunny 4th from Cape Abilities Farm and Cape Cod, where even our produce is patriotic!

Of course, we grow our famous Red tomatoes, but did you know we also grow White Ghostbuster Eggplant and Blue Magic Squash?

This week, stop by for the tomatoes and lettuce. Be sure to try the fresh-baked bread from Pain D'Avignon. We've been selling out, so come early.

We're also growing some fine beans at our farm - they should be available next week.  Like the classic summer dish, Three Bean Salad? Here's a recipe.

We have some great deals available now. You can Buy 1, Get 1 Free for all our hanging plants with our online coupon below. We have a large variety of plants for $18 and up.

Our farm stand is at 458 Main Street, Route 6A in Dennis. We're open daily from 10AM to 6PM.

All farm members always get 10% off every purchase at Cape Abilities Farm. If you're not a member, sign up today.

Each purchase and farm membership supports Cape Abilities. We've been helping people with disabilities on Cape Cod become more independent for over 40 years. Thank you.
Clean Sweep for Cape Abilities

Cleaning your closets, basement, attic or garage this month? Our new Consignment and kousa dogwoodThrift store, opening August 1 on Route 6A in Barnstable village, is looking for consignments and donations.

Remember, donations are tax deductible. No item is too big (or small). We're accepting donations now, to learn more click here or email consign@CapeAbilities.org

We're also looking for volunteers to join our friendly store team. It's a wonderful opportunity to be the first to see what's new at the store. Read here about volunteering.

One of them is the Naked Oyster Bistro and Raw Bar in Hyannis. Owners Florence and David Lowell have created an inviting atmosphere - chic, but casual. And Chef Rick Horton works wonders with fresh, local seafood. We appreciate their support for Cape Abilities and our farm.
