With Halloween only a few days away, we still have some terrific pumpkins at Cape Abilities Farm. They're on sale - buy one, get one free - so you can have plenty of pumpkins on hand to carve for Jack O'Lanterns. Be sure to save the seeds for roasting - it's a tradition.
Our colorful mums are also on sale, buy one, get one free.
All of the winter squashes grown at our farm in Marstons Mills are available: acorn, buttercup, butternut, ambercup and more.
Our award-winning tomatoes, lettuce and cucumbers are still fresh-picked every day at our greenhouses in Dennis. The calendar may say October, but they taste just like the middle of August.
Just stop by our farmstand - at 458 Main Street in Dennis - we're open every day (except Monday) from 10 AM - 5PM.

"Something Old, Something New"
A few weeks ago, a young couple from Connecticut emailed us to Adopt a Bee Hive.
Like many others, Rebecca and Jonathan wanted to help support the farm and our work on Cape Cod. People have adopted bees (or tomato plants or farm patches) in honor of grandchildren, dogs or political candidates.
However, Rebecca and Jonathan had a very special occasion in mind. They adopted a bee hive, called "Something Old, Something New", as a gift to their wedding guests. At the wedding held in Dennis two weeks ago, each guest received a special adoption certificate.
