Nancy's Skin Care Advice 
Did you know that eating certain foods can give your skin a healthy, sun-kissed glow. According to a new study eating more foods containing orange and yellow pigments (called carotenoids) such as red and yellow peppers, carrots, spinach and other dark leafy greens can create an au naturel tan. These carotenoids are thought to be stored in the fat under the skin and secrete through the pores which are absorbed into the top layer of the skin giving a golden glow. The study's author Ian Stephen Ph.D., says that this can be accomplished simply by eating five servings of these foods each day.
