 Why do you think we have such a problem in our society with childhood obesity?

 High blood pressure and diabetes are all due to over processed food consumption.  If we ate like our grandparents, for example, free range chicken and beef, without antibiotics and hormones, we would see a substantial decrease in obesity.The sugar that we feed our children adds up to 150 pounds per person per year!

We need to change our school food programs to include more fresh produce and organic meats and less sugar. In addition if we add more physical education back into school programs we will see a huge change in medical costs for many generations too come.
