15 years ago, in the summer of 1995, Dr. Dowe first opened SpaRenity (then known as The Center for Holistic Medicine). Dr. Dowe practiced acupuncture and Chinese medicine and later he added massage therapy and a chiropractor to his wellness center. His wife, Nancy Dowe, joined him in 1999 and that was the start of SpaRenity! In honor of our 15 years in business this month we are ROLLING BACK OUR PRICES TO 1995!

Jerry Ishida, LMT MA#56842
Jerry was born and raised in Japan and came to the US in 1994. He worked in the electronics industry for more than 20 years, but later decided to pursue a massage career, after being interested in massage for many years. He graduated from Sarasota School of Massage Therapy in 2009.
In his childhood days in Japan, where a 3-generational family was very common, he practiced massaging his parents and grand parents. Massage was incorporated in his everyday life and he knew one day he would make massage his career.
Jerry specializes in Swedish, Swe-Thai, and Deep-Tissue massages.
