At the end of June SpaRenity's owners, Nancy and Doug Dowe along with a few friends and SpaRenity staff members attended a QiGong workshop in Orlando. During the 4 day workshop they learned more than they thought possible and QiGong changed their way of thinking and their lives for the better. Dr Dowe is now training to be certified in QiGong.
Here is a brief summary on QiGong:
QiGong (pronounced chee-gung) is a powerful system of healing and energy medicine from China.
