Spring is just around the corner, and there is a hint of "newness" in the air...new exhibits, new events, new artists...well, you get the idea. March is Youth Art Month and the Richard Low Evans Gallery will be filled with creativity from our area's youth from March 6-23. Tom Chamber's wonderful "Branching Out" exhibit is still on display, and we will soon have exhibits from several other exciting artists, Billie f. Mathis, Estelle Schwarz, Janet Smith and Fred Anderson. Plus, our 15th Annual Writers' Conference will be held on March 30 & 31. So much creativity; so little time. Could it get any more exciting?
