We are here to nourish your bellies and your souls during this sunny but blustery week as we say good-bye to our first month of 2010.

Join us from 12 to 3 pm with chocolatier, Jill Davis, to learn how to make your own chocolate truffles. We're tag teaming this event with a Wine Tasting featuring some handpicked gems by our very own Janea Boyles!

We've still got some of Chef Samantha's special house cured, house smoked bacon available. We're pre-slicing it in 1 pound minimums on pre-order. Call me at the shop and I can have it waiting for you. We're about to put a new batch into cure and I'm now also taking pre-orders for the upcoming batch which should be ready in about two weeks!!
